I have been part of Excel for over 13 years, having made the decision to seek a change of direction from HR, where I had spent almost 20 years of my career. The recruitment industry seemed an excellent choice and as I had had a long and positive involvement with Excel over the course of my HR career they seemed the perfect team to join.  I was appointed as a Director/Shareholder in 2018 and as part of the recent change of ownership of the business, I have relinquished my equity but will remain as part of the team as Excel enters its next exciting chapter.

Recruitment is about people and my role has been to manage a small portfolio of candidates and clients as well as manage and develop the operational aspects of the business. There is no better feeling than helping a candidate find their perfect role or a client to secure a future ‘star’ for their team.

I am a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals and I have completed part of the CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership.

Outside of work, I am a keen traveller and enjoy spending time with my family.
