To provide Navision system support to users via the NAV helpdesk, with a focus on timely and efficient customer service and data integrity. Development of the core system Navision Dynamic, to its optimum, within scope to meet business operational needs. Provide accurate and timely regular and bespoke reporting as scheduled or on request; for internal business needs, and external regulatory requirements.
