IT Support Technician
Our client is seeking to recruit an IT Support Technician. The IT Support Technician will provide IT services and IT operational activities for the Jersey region businesses and users. The IT services include deployment, monitoring, maintenance, infrastructure development, upgrade and support of IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals.
At least 2- 3 years related work experience.
Strong technical knowledge of network, PC and server operating systems, including Microsoft Windows 10, 7 and Microsoft Server 2008, 2012, 2012R2. Office 365.
Proven experience in IT user support.
Experience with application management.
Experience that would be an advantage to this role - Citrix, MS Exchange, SQL, MacAfee Anti-Virus - Applications like Dynamics AX, CRM, and Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Viewpoint and hosted shared or hosted virtual desktop.
- Certifications in Microsoft Back Office Technologies - Experience with Citrix, MS Exchange, SQL, MacAfee Anti-Virus cyber security, telephony
- Technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards, including IP, MPLS and VPNs would be preferred. - Working in an ISO / ISAE environment
