Our client has a vacancy available for an experienced funds professional on an operational basis. The main focus of the role is:
â€¢ Organization of board calls and coordination of investment documentation relating to investments by each of the Funds with Administrators and internally
â€¢ Communications internally with external directors and with Fundsâ€™ Administrators relating to calls and documentation
â€¢ Fund focused activities to include working on Fund documentation at fund raising and amendments and transfers throughout life of Funds
â€¢ Providing support with respect to ongoing compliance, regulatory and AML obligations for group entities
There is an opportunity for this role to cover a number of the checks and organization of tasks related to the funds registered in Jersey. This is a role whereh the right individual has the opportunity to develop over time. There are a number of accounting, secretarial and other functions which can be incorporated within this role.
