Administrator, Real Estate

Our client is seeking to appoint an Administrator to join their growing Real Estate investment administration team. The successful candidate will deliver a high level of administrative support to the team and to administer, under supervision, a small number of simple, straight forward and non-contentious cases in line with the defined business activities.

Key Requirements

1. Sound academic background 2. Experience + Studying towards or a willingness to study for: COA, ICSA Certificate in Offshore Finance Administration, the STEP Foundation Certificate in International Trust Management, Certificate or Diploma in Fund Administration, or ACA / ACCA 3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 4. Basic understanding of the local finance industry and regulatory requirements in which we operate 5. Good written and verbal English 6. Highly accurate with good attention to detail 7. Good time management 8. Clear telephone manner 9. Team player
