Administrator, Private Equity

Our Client, a leading provider of fund administration and outsource services, has a new opening for an Administrator to join its Private Equity team. Your role will be to ensure client records are clearly and accurately updated with all correspondence, communicate openly and honestly with clients on a regular basis and establish good relationships with your clients and team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with board meeting minutes, resolutions, payments and any other administration duties required • Ensuring client records are clearly updated with all correspondence • Communicating openly and honestly with clients on a regular basis • Collaborating with your team to provide new, innovative ideas on how to improve the efficiencies of daily tasks • Producing and submitting all statutory returns

You will have a strong academic background and will preferably be studying towards professional qualification i.e. ICSA/ STEP. You will also be pro active and forward thinking, with the ability to manage tasks independently & to use your own initiative.
