Our client is seeking to a Manager to join their growing Private Equity fund administration team. The successful applciant will take responsibility for the administration of a limited portfolio of complex and high risk cases, providing management and technical support to a team of fund administrators and ensuring adherence with company policies and procedures at all times and liaising with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the department and the provision of professional and high quality service to clients.
The post holder will have completed a professional/relevant qualification to Professional Level (e.g. ICSA).
A minimum of 10 years or more relevant funds/trust and company administration experience.
Comprehensive understanding and technical knowledge of fund/trust administration, Jersey Company Law and the tax implications of various structures.
Proven supervisory/management experience.
Strong IT skills.
The ability to effectively manage and motivate staff.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
