Reporting to the Group's IoT Platform Manager, this role is responsible for conducting customer platform support for IoT customers, technical onboarding and management of those customer services, providing technical support and resolution of customer issues on our Nomad platform.
You will have;
Demonstrate a significant track record within a similar technical environment
Proven experience in Mobile Technologies
Functional experience of SS7, diameter and packet switched data exchange
