HR Administrator

Our client has a new vacancy for a HR Administrator. The successful applicant will support the HR Team in providing a reliable, supportive and proactive HR service to the business, promoting best practice in all areas and maintaining high levels of confidentiality. There will be a focus on enhancing the employee experience, from recruitment through to exit, alongside accurate reporting to enable the business to make evidence-based decision around people and culture.

Key Requirements

? A Levels or equivalent (BTEC, IB) and GCSE English and Maths at A or B grade - essential ? University Degree - desirable but not essential ? Office administration experience ? Prior experience in an HR role, desirbale but not essential ? A detailed working knowledge of Microsoft office, particularly Excel ? Excellent written and verbal English ? Accuracy with good attention to detail ? Strong analytical and numerical skills ? Ability to prioritise & multitask ? Ability to meet deadlines ? Excellent communication skills
