Our client is seeking to appoint a Financial Reporting Manager on a 12 month contract. Within our team, the successful applicant will work closely with the Head of Finance, ensuring that the financial data is prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
Core duties will include:
o Preparation of the company's annual consolidated financial statements, along with individual company financial statements
o Monthly and annual consolidation of all group entities and subsequent reporting & analysis.
o Preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis from budget
o MI Analysis and presenting findings
o Preparing P+L, Balance Sheet and cashflow forecasts, and preparing departmental P&L reports on a monthly basis
o Qualified Accountant, with a minimum of five years' accounting knowledge
o Commercial acumen
o Excellent analytical skills
o Excellent communication skills
o Familiarity with financial consolidation and system/company integration is desirable
