Our client has an opening for a Facilities Officer to provide support to its busy Workplace and Office Management team in Jersey. You must be a team player that possesses the ability to learn quickly and be a supportive, proactive, organised individual who is able to prioritise and manage your time effectively.
Your role will encompass assisting with facilities management (eg monitoring and reporting all building related issues, managing relationships with contractors, health and safety tasks), as well as overseeing the ordering of stationery (including branded stationery) and providing support and cover to the Reception team as required. You will also have involvement in document management/archiving amd recycling initiatives across the office.
