Closing Case officer

Our Client has an opening for an experienced administrator to join their Closing Case team, which is involved in the closing of client structures. This may be where the client has requested to transfer the assets to another service provider, or to wind up and distribute the assets, or where the business have given notice to the client to exit and transfer their assets to another service provider.

Your responsibilities will include:

> Agreeing a plan for transfer out; > Reviewing of due diligence / tax info to ensure that closure can be progressed; > Ensuring all tax authorities / registrars records are updated/informed as required by regulation; > Appointment of liquidators / lawyers to draft termination documents; > Liaising with beneficiaries / person to whom the assets are to be transferred, or new service provider; > Take final fee; > Transfer remaining assets; > Ensuring all CDD/KYC processes are followed in respect of all transactions; > Complete the internal checklists; > Ensuring Archive and Safe custody processes are followed

You will have knowledge of legal, regulatory and industry requirements in each jurisdiction as well as demonstrable experience of business processes, standards, policies and procedures.
