We currently have a 12 month fixed term opportunity for a Call Centre Agent within a busy Contact Centre. This role is responsible for providing call centre support investigating and resolving fixed line faults, escalating to engineers where necessary.
Ideal candidates will possess excellent customer care skills, with the ability to deal effectively with difficult customers.
You will have:
Previous experience in a customer service environment
Confidence using computer system
Attention to detail with accurate recording of information The ability to remain calm under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
