Assistant Administrator - Fund services

If you are interested in starting a career in Funds, we have a great opportunity for someone to join a Funds Team specialising in administering Private Equity Funds. You will support the team by undertaking day to day administrative tasks, including maintaining statutory data and administration records, maintenance of investor records, and preparation of payment instructions. You will be expected to acquire a sound knowledge of the Fund Services business and Fund documentation.

You will be required to confidently liaise with team members and respond quickly to the needs of the team. You will have strong IT skills, particularly with Excel and Word. In return, you will receive on the job training to equip you to undertake the wide spectrum of administrative tasks of Fund Services and you will also be supported to gain a professional qualification (ICSA/JFA Fund Administration Certificate).
