Our client has an opening for a highly organised individual to provide Business Support across the company. This is a varied role coordinating business operational activities and will include:
> Setting up and maintaining user access to business applications and Banking platforms, as well as dealing with any issues accessing these applications;
> Assisting in authorising setting up and resetting staff access on the online platforms;
> Assisting the Head of Projects and Operations with managing projects tasks to ensure project delivery with allotted budget and timelines;
> Acting as the main point of contract for the retrieval of documents in archive and safe custody and maintain record keeping systems;
> Maintaining and updating Business Continuity Plan;
> Coordinating and attending monthly internal management meetings and assisting with taking and distributing meeting notes;
> Assisting in the collation and recording of the internal CDD/KYC.
You will have 3+ years Business Support experience or trust operations/wealth management industry experience, strong IT skills (including familiarity with banking platforms, CRM systems, MS Projects, Sharepoint and the Microsoft suite of applications). You will also have well-developed communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
