Filing/Scanning Administrator

An opening has arisen for an Administrator to support the operations functions within this global finance company. Daily duties will comprise of opening and sorting postal items, collecting and distribute physical documents from/to department trays, filing of paper records, scanning, setting up and profiling of documents in to the document system and recording the opening and closing of physical files on the main client system. Other duties will include checking and responding to the team emails and responding to internal queries, controlling cheque books, safe custody items and preparing documents for archiving. The successful candidate will be educated to GCSE level and have 1-2 years administration, filing and scanning experience with a good level of written and spoken English and a good working knowledge MS Office skills.
