Roles at this level work within established processes and procedures, with day-to-day supervision and clear guidance, to provide a range of support services to an agreed quality standard or specification. The role requires a working knowledge of the system/process/operating environment and may have specific responsibility for a clearly defined section or sub-section of work. It involves dealing with routine queries/issues/circumstances, referring complex situations to a manager. Independence and initiative in the arrangement of immediate work priorities is required to react to changing priorities.
Principal Accountabilities are to manage the online portals for all electronic statements/valuations received and the profiling of these documents. Assist with the scanning of daily post and banking/investment documents as and when required. Scan documents of value and their profiling as and when required to assist the client teams. Provide cover to Reception for holidays, sickness and as and when required during a normal working day.
