Our client has an exciting new opportunity for a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Accountant. The successful applicant will work closely with the Finance Director, Financial Controller and key business stakeholders to co-ordinate and deliver strategic financial planning processes across this reputable commercial business. Combining business, financial and systems knowledge to deliver robust financial plans is key to the success of this role.
Employee Profile
Sound working knowledge and experience of financial processes and accounting principles and/or qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant PQE in an FP&A role
Excellent information technology skills including advanced MS Excel
A good understanding of MS365, databases, data uploads, extraction and interfaces with other systems would also be desirable
Advanced financial modelling and data manipulation skills
Ability to understand, summarise and communicate technical financial information via reports, presentations and verbal communications
Exceptional attention to detail and track record of working in a multiple task environment where priorities need to be managed
Strong project management and organisational skills
Ability to interact at all levels and build relationships across the business
