Trust & Company Administrator

Our client, a reputable financial services company based in Jersey, is seeking a Trust & Company Administrator.

Responsibilities

  • Administer an allocated medium to low risk portfolio of trusts and companies.
  • Maintain client communication via email, phone, and letters, enhancing client relationships.
  • Liaise with external advisors regarding client affairs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of client requests/documentation.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of trusts and companies, adhering to internal policies.
  • Maintain professional standards in all communications.
  • Assist with compliance of regulatory and legislative requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and self-motivation.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Studying towards a professional qualification such as STEP or ICSA.
