Our client is seeking a Trust/Senior Trust Administrator to join their team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with administration of Trust, Company and other Private Client relationships in accordance with the relevant terms of the Trust Deed, Memorandum and Articles of Association and other terms of engagement.
- Assist with drafting trust and company minutes and correspondence to clients.
- Provide administrative assistance to team including process payments, preparing client information and maintaining records.
- Understand the basic techniques of trust administration, bookkeeping and record keeping.
- Manage own work-flows so that nothing gets forgotten or overlooked.
- Communicate fully and meaningfully with colleagues and superiors.
- Maintain a good knowledge of company secretarial, compliance and anti-money laundering practice.
Person Specification
- Good A-Level or degree grades (ideally hold STEP Certificate or equivalent)
- Enthusiastic
- Excellent time and organisational skills
