Our Client is seeking to appoint a Trust Administrator to join its EBT and Pensions team
This role seeks to deliver a high-quality trust and company administration support service to the underlying client base.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake general administration and the preparation of transaction paperwork.
- Assist with the preparation of trustee meeting packs, updating schedules and being a source of administrative support for the team of senior trust officers.
- Gain and develop knowledge of the clients in the portfolio such that you can independently take on various trust administration tasks
- Billing and working capital cycle – prepare monthly billing packs, send out invoices and debtor-chasing.
- Maintain training and development to continually improve your ability and performance. Study is supported
- General assistance in internal projects such as FATCA/CRS reporting, KYC and administration reviews and static data updates.
