Our client are seeking a Trainee to join their team.
You will provide administrative support to the private client trust and company administrators and other senior administration staff, to enable the team to meet client expectations.
You will gradually develop the skills and experience that will in time enable you to administer an allocated caseload of medium to low risk clients, competently and autonomously with the necessary support of other team members.
Main responsibilities
- General administrative support in relation to the administration of various structures
- Inputting payments as instructed and completing checklists as appropriate
- Assist with ensuring that all client requests / documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Taking action to improve the completeness of data and information held on our systems
- Assisting with periodic reviews of trusts and companies as required
- Assisting with compliance screening checks and internet searches, taking a risk based approach in line with internal policies and procedures
- Closing of accounts, as requested, as per standard checklist by adhering to Company / Compliance procedures and to ensure satisfactory completion to the agreed time scales
- Drafting of simple minutes and/or written resolutions as required
- Dealing with customers and intermediaries in a polite and professional manner as required
