Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking an enthusiastic Team Leader for their Client Take-On team.

In this pivotal role, you will enhance client onboarding processes while fostering compliance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client onboarding and CDD activities across regulated businesses.
• Serve as the primary contact for the Cayman team, addressing CDD inquiries and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with financial crime regulations and uphold data protection standards.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain effective communication throughout the onboarding journey.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in CDD/client onboarding within a regulated financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of corporate, fiduciary, and funds services across various jurisdictions.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
