Talent Acquisition Officer
Our Client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Officer on a Contract basis.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
- Identifying appropriate recruitment sources and developing a deep understanding of roles at all levels of the business.
- Providing and monitoring the end-to-end life cycle services for the recruitment process.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process and alignment with regulatory and jurisdictional requirements.
- Conducting interviews and providing support to candidates during the process with timely and accurate communication.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- The ability to multitask and prioritise, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Technologically literate self-starter with an inclusive mindset
