Talent Acquisition Officer

Our Client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process including agency liaison, conducting interviews, short-listing and the selection of candidates
  • Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
  • Organise recruitment/careers events to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Responsibility of managing all recruitment effectively
  • Building and managing relationships with key internal stakeholders and external parties/suppliers
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
  • Organise recruitment/careers events to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Provide support and cover for the administration of employee on-boarding and off-boarding procedures
  • Involvement in Learning and Development initiatives and responsibility for administration and monitoring of internal and external training

Key Requirements:

  • Up to three years’ experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Strong personal organisation and time management skills
  • High degree of discretion and ability to preserve absolute confidentiality.
  • Experience of working with HR database/recruitment portals
