Seeking a Systems Administrator, small and growing business!
The successful applicant will be working within the Service Desk team, primarily from the office HQ. The team is responsible for the day-to-day support and administration of the company's clients and hosted systems, fielding support calls and proactively engaging with client requests.
Key Duties include but are restricted to:
- Deploying software, creating user groups and operating system policies across the Client networks
- Installing, configuring and maintaining software, hardware, network and application components of Client systems
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving software, hardware and networking issues
- Ensuring proper and secure storage, backup and retrieval of data
- Replacing and upgrading outdated or defective hardware
Requirements:
- Work within an IT department or consultancy for 5+ Years
- Basic Networking: 1+ Years
- Microsoft Windows Workstation: 5+ Years
- Microsoft Windows Server: 1+ Years
- Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy
- Experience with Cloud Service Providers (e.g. Azure, AWS) desirable
