As part of the IT team, you will provide support across the organisations business systems. You will work with users, clients, suppliers to ensure that requests and incidents are resolved in a complete and timely manner.
Your focus
- Provide 1st line support to users, resolving incidents or ensuring timely escalation across the team within agreed SLA response times
- 1st line business system support. Answering standard user queries relating to the core business systems and resolving 1st/2nd level system related issues
- User administration of business systems, for example Active Directory
- Assisting with infrastructure related matters such as desktop and device management.
Your experience
- Strong academic achievements
- Competent in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Understanding of a service desk ticketing system, ITIL and change management processes
- Understanding of Active Directory and other Microsoft administration tools.
- Highly motivated demonstrating a ‘can do’ attitude
- Ability to communicate clearly with different audiences and listen attentively
- Approaches situations as an opportunity to learn.
