Service Delivery Supervisor

Our Client has an opening for a Service Delivery Supervisor within its IT Operations team.

In this role, you will provide management and administration support to our Client's Service Delivery Agents, serving as the front-line contact for clients, engineers, and colleagues. 

Responsibilities:

  • Answering the telephone and assisting with queries from external customers, Service Engineers, and various departments of the business.
  • Supporting and assisting Engineers with regard to their daily schedules, outstanding calls, and associated queries.
  • Logging, tracking, routing, and redirecting problems to correct resources.
  • Following up with customers, providing feedback, and seeing problems through to resolution.
  • Ordering and chasing required or outstanding products/parts.
  • Handling complaints.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the technology or service delivery industry.
  • Certifications in Project Management or IT service management would be a plus.
  • Excellent customer service and IT skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task and think on your feet.
