Our Client has an opening for a Senior Trust & Company Administrator.
In this role, you will handle all administrative tasks related to a portfolio containing some complex client structures, ensuring efficient communication and a high standard of service.
Responsibilities
- Administer trusts and companies, offering comprehensive administrative support.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients via email, phone, and letters.
- Liaise with external advisors regarding client matters.
- Conduct periodic reviews of trusts and companies.
- Manage, train, and motivate junior staff members.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma qualified in STEP or ICSA, or hold an exemption from the JFSC. Ongoing competency through relevant CPD is required.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Good level of judgment and logical approach to problem-solving.
