Our Client is seeking a Senior Trust Administrator to join their Private Client team.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of trusts and companies, ensuring exceptional service delivery and regulatory compliance. As the ideal candidate, you will have extensive experience in administration.

Responsibilities:
- Take the lead in administering a portfolio of trusts and companies, ensuring all client files are up to date and detailed accurately.
- Liaise with lawyers, accountants, tax advisors, and banks to manage complex private client cases effectively.
- Ensure timely fee collection, debtor management, and coordination with the Accounts team to maintain accurate ledgers and meet accounting deadlines.
- Address compliance review points promptly, ensuring all legislative requirements, including tax filings and AEOI reporting, are completed accurately and on time.
- Support the team by delegating and overseeing tasks, providing guidance, and deputising for the Assistant Manager when needed.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in a regulated finance or professional services environment.
- Fully or part-qualified in STEP, ICSA, or a similar qualification, with a willingness to continue professional development.
- Excellent time management and the ability to handle complex tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Proficiency with IT systems.
