Our client is seeking to appoint a Senior Technician.

Asa Senior Technician, you’ll be responsible for taking on escalated issues from our diverse client base, providing high level support and consultation to our team and end users. This will include supporting clients remotely and undertaking field work. The role is fast paced, and therefore we are looking for individuals who thrive in this setting.

Requirements:

• You’ll have at least three years’ experience in a similar role and, whilst not essential, experience providing outsourced IT support is preferential.
• Looking for candidates who prioritise their own continued professional development to maintain their skills
