Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager

Reporting to the Head of Projects in Guernsey, this is a key senior managerial role, liaising with the business on several projects across the Group. The Senior Project Manager will lead and deliver a portfolio of projects across the Group, driving strategic objectives and ensuring alignment with business goals. The successful candidate will leverage their strong digital skills to optimise project processes, enhance collaboration, and utilise data-driven insights for decision-making. They will proactively engage with internal stakeholders at all levels to ensure projects deliver high-quality outcomes within scope, on time, and within budget.

Requirements:

• Educated to ‘A’ Level standard, or equivalent
• A minimum of eight years’ relevant experience
• Attainment of a relevant professional qualification or strong experiential understanding of agile and hybrid methodologies.
• Experience of running and delivering successful projects, preferably in a multi-disciplinary environment.
