Senior Payroll and Benefits Administrator

Our Client is seeking a Senior Payroll and Benefits Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate employee benefits administration and renewals
  • Monitor trends and promote benefits to employees
  • Assist with payroll processing and variance reviews
  • Manage payroll queries and maintain accuracy in payroll operations, acting as the main point of contact
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for benefit updates and payroll administration

Key Requirements:

  • HR Background with experience in benefits and payroll administration
  • Strong numerical aptitude and Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail
