A new Senior Fund Administrator opportunity with a compliance focus!

This exciting role is to join a newly formed investment and divestment transactions and client facing compliance focus sub-team, a sub-team within a larger team, focusing on Transactions and compliance related matters for a single large client. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build a strong profile on the wider team and with the Client, given the importance placed on transactions and the compliance functions by the Client

Requirements:

• Previous administration experience supported by a relevant professional qualification (ICSA Diploma level or equivalent) would be an advantage
• Understanding of Jersey funds regulation and codes
• Previous transactional and CF compliance experience
• Previous experience of incorporating entities
• Previous onboarding or banking experience
