Senior Corporate Administrator

Our client is seeking a Senior Corporate Administrator to join their growing team.

You will play a pivotal role in providing high level administrative support and managing corporate compliance activities for clients. This position is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory requirements in Jersey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the formation, maintenance, and dissolution of corporate entities such as companies, trusts, and partnerships.
  • Coordinate board meetings, draft agendas, minutes, and resolutions, and maintain corporate records and registers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of corporate clients, addressing their queries and providing timely and accurate assistance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements to deliver exceptional service.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines governing corporate entities in Jersey.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping in compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures.
  • Conduct due diligence checks on clients and beneficial owners in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) regulations.
  • Review and assess client files to ensure completeness and accuracy of due diligence documentation.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior administrators, assisting in their professional development and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Extensive experience in corporate administration, preferably in a fiduciary or financial services firm.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles and regulatory requirements in Jersey.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and corporate administration software.
  • Organisational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
