Our Client has an opening for an experienced Senior Client Relationship Manager. 

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Funds & Real Estate Services.

Responsibilities

• Manage service delivery for private equity business and collaborate with the Private Credit leadership team.
• Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring service levels are met.
• Develop relationships with client advisors and intermediaries.
• Mentor and train client relationship managers and their teams.
• Oversee administration matters and ensure compliance with company policy.
• Participate in client fee negotiations and new client proposals.

Requirements:

• Considerable fund administration experience with relevant qualifications (ICSA Diploma, ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Sound technical financial services knowledge.
• Strong people management skills and team leadership experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
