Our client has a new opening for a Senior Client Accountant, Real Estate and Tax

The successful candidate will join a dedicated team of accounting services professionals and be part of a growing team.

The primary responsibility will be to develop and implement core accounting & tax compliance services, including the preparation of financial statements, complete bookkeeping and preparation and submission of relevant UK tax returns. Due to the high growth at the organisation, we expect this role to expand into a line management position over time.

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant with a few years' post qualification experience (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
• High degree of numeracy and analytical thinking supported by a proactive and positive attitude.
• Previous experience in a client facing role.
• Experience within a Real Estate and/or Debt Capital Market environment is also desirable
• Must have a solid grasp of UK VAT & corporation tax legislation and be confident to interpret said legislation for the purpose of preparing client tax filings and developing policies and procedures
