Join our client, a leading Financial Services company, as a Senior Business Solutions Analyst.

In this role, you will focus on enhancing and transforming the Corporate Services system, Viewpoint by leveraging technological advancements.

Responsibilities:

• Service manager for Viewpoint, leading development and support.
• Primary technical lead on projects including integrations, upgrades, and transformations.
• Conduct business analysis, sourcing user requirements for system configurations.
• Mentor Technology Team members and contribute to the Business Solutions strategy.
• Perform routine system maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Establish effective relationships with business contacts and external suppliers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Viewpoint support and development.
• Strong SQL skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently, manage workload, and solve problems.
