New Opportunity, Senior Accountant - Tax!

Our client is building out a relatively new international Tax team and are looking to recruit a Senior Accountant, Tax for their Guernsey office. The team is growing rapidly and the focus of the work that is undertaken is UK real estate for structures based in UK, Guernsey and Jersey complementing the administrative work that the business provides on its global platform. The real estate clients own some of the most prestigious properties requiring VAT, CT, CIS tax compliance services. The structures are a mixture of companies, property unit trusts, limited partnerships adding interest and variety to the role.

Requirements:

• Ideally qualified ACCA/ACA or qualified by relevant experience
• Industry/ commercial/ fund/ Corporate experience
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• An aptitude for data analysis/problem solving
• Used to a high pressure and busy environment of a growing business line
