Our Client is seeking a Relationship Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and expanding a portfolio of corporate client relationships while ensuring excellent customer service. 
  • Creating interest in new products and services by building relationships and managing networks.
  • Meeting and talking regularly with your top introducers and prospects to offer the right products and services to clients.
  • Seeking out opportunities to meet with clients and potential prospects.
  • Assisting in assessing client risk.
  • Ensuring all processes are in accordance with procedures and all checks are completed.
  • Building and maintaining a clear understanding of the bank's risk appetite, policies, and guidelines.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a front office client relationship role or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, risk awareness, and compliance orientation.
  • A successful track record of collaborating effectively within a team and working to meet financial targets.
  • A proactive approach, suggesting new ideas/ innovation/ process change to deliver for client requirements.
  • (Preferred) Relevant minimum Level 4 qualification e.g., RDR Investment, STEP, CeMAP etc.
