Our Client is seeking a Relationship Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and expanding a portfolio of corporate client relationships while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Creating interest in new products and services by building relationships and managing networks.
- Meeting and talking regularly with your top introducers and prospects to offer the right products and services to clients.
- Seeking out opportunities to meet with clients and potential prospects.
- Assisting in assessing client risk.
- Ensuring all processes are in accordance with procedures and all checks are completed.
- Building and maintaining a clear understanding of the bank's risk appetite, policies, and guidelines.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a front office client relationship role or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, risk awareness, and compliance orientation.
- A successful track record of collaborating effectively within a team and working to meet financial targets.
- A proactive approach, suggesting new ideas/ innovation/ process change to deliver for client requirements.
- (Preferred) Relevant minimum Level 4 qualification e.g., RDR Investment, STEP, CeMAP etc.
