Our client are seeking a project administrator to join their team.
The Project Administrator is responsible for various administrative duties including documentation, meeting management, and using time management skills to help the team stay on track. The Project Administrator will assist the Project Manager with multiple allocated tasks.
Key Accountabilities
- Creating and maintaining project library and plans, and file, recording and reporting systems
- Assisting in coordinating project activities
- Assisting and advising business on procedures, disciplines, and recording and reporting requirements
- Maintaining risk and issue logs and change control data as directed by the Project Manager
- Developing and maintaining effective team communications
- Producing summary reports and coordinating the preparation of relevant project management documentation
- Assisting with other administrative responsibilities as assigned
- Engaging and demonstrating the company Values and Behaviours to make a positive contribution to the company culture

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in an Administration, preferably within a project setting
- Competent across MS Office suite of products (Incl. Sharepoint and/or Teams)
- Good educational standard, (A-Level or equivalent)
- Ability to work as both part of a team and independently
- Able to manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Knowledge of relevant technology and software
