Our client are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join their team.
Your will lead and drive strategic projects, including operational changes, and digital platform integrations within the financial services sector. Utilise advanced project management expertise, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement to align initiatives with business objectives and ensure seamless delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the introduction and integration of new digital platforms to support the Group’s strategic ambitions, including but not limited to document management systems, onboarding solutions, payment platforms, CRM systems, and other emerging technologies.
- Drive and lead operational change initiatives, with a primary focus on core administration platforms such as Viewpoint, BankClarity, Allvue, and other supporting digital platforms, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Mentor teams to elevate project management competencies, including agile delivery methods, resource planning, and effective change control, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the business.
- Develop and maintain essential project documentation, including user guides, updates to Group Policy and Procedures, and other critical project deliverables to ensure consistency and clarity.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, maintaining a dynamic RAIDD (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, Decisions) log to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Competencies & Skills
- Experience with leading project management teams within the finance or professional services industry at a senior level.
- A digitally savvy individual who enjoys exploring and leveraging technology to improve work processes, drive efficiencies, and who has a commitment to continuous self-learning.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus at all organisational levels.
- Extensive experience managing end-to-end implementation of new digital systems and platforms, from concept through to go-live, with a track record of successful delivery.
- Advanced proficiency in change and project management methodologies, including both waterfall and agile frameworks.
- Exceptional IT skills, including expertise in Microsoft 365 productivity tools, Microsoft Excel, and PowerBI; experience with other analytics and management information tools is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-pressure environments while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines.
