Our Client is seeking a Performance Manager to play a key role in their business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse information to create insights for strategic, tactical decisions and Board reporting
• Develop and implement proposition strategies to achieve business goals
• Drive portfolio performance, recommending growth and corrections for profitability.
• Motivate your direct teams to deliver desired outcomes
• Collaborate with crucial stakeholders to identify emerging risks

Key Requirements:

• CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified with strong commercial acumen
• Keen ability to interpret statistical data, and an understanding of the local insurance market is preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and a desire to drive change are essential.
