People Officer

Our Client is seeking an experienced People Officer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align processes with organisational goals and regulatory compliance
  • Develop and maintain People policies and procedures
  • Lead the People operations team and oversee the employee lifecycle
  • Manage People systems and data with a focus on accuracy and reporting
  • Conduct audits of People activities for compliance and improvement
  • Streamline processes using technology to enhance efficiency

Key Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 3 Certificate in Human Resource Practice
  • Two years of experience in a generalist HR role
  • Management or supervisory experience
  • Strong attention to detail and HR/people knowledge
