Our Client is seeking an HR People Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Manage People Operations Team, providing leadership, expertise, guidance and support.
• Conduct reviews of people processes for continuous improvement.
• Lead on organisational design and performance management frameworks.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance organisational effectiveness and manage key people projects
• Utilise data and analytics to guide decision-making.

Requirements

• Degree level education or equivalent in HRM.
• CIPD Level 5/7 or equivalent.
• Previous leadership and project management experience.
• Strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
