People Administrator

Our Client is seeking a People Administrator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the maintenance of  policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with standards and processes
  • Build and maintain relationships across the business
  • Contribute to departmental plans and report on performance
  • Assist with recruitment and selection processes
  • Assist with and ensure the accuracy of payroll and People systems
  • Source and arrange staff training
  • Adhere to CPD requirements and company values

Key Requirements:

  • Desire to gain CIPD Level 3 in HR Practice post-probation
  • Two years’ generalist experience
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
