New Opportunity, Pension Administrator!
The successful candidate will provide extensive support to the team to ensure continuity of the high-level service afforded to the client portfolio. This role will play an integral part in the customer service and organisational strength of the team. Good verbal and communication skills are essential, along with a strong ability to multi-task. On the job training will be given on an on-going basis which will be supported by external courses, as and when required.
Requirements:
- Ideally educated to ‘A’ Level standard or beyond
- Previous experience of managing own portfolio of clients
- Ability to multitask and respond quickly to client/intermediary requests
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good numeracy and computer skills
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude
