Our client is seeking an Operations Assistant
The successful candidate will work on a range of matters providing administration services for the business, to support smooth running of the business in day-to-day activities. Further, they will assist the Operations Managers and Executive members, in their day-to-day administrative and non-client related tasks and services. This role will be varied, and assistance will be required to support the Executive Directors and be able to provide support to the Operations Team when necessary.
Requirements:
- Educated to at least ‘A’ level standard or equivalent (grades A-C), and GCSE Mathematics and English (Grades A-C / 9-4), and a willingness to study towards a relevant professional qualification.
- Previous Administrative/Operations experience is desirable but not necessary
- The candidate will be expected to be efficient in Outlook and confidently deal with routine emails, enquiries, and telephone calls
- The candidate must have excellent communication skills with the ability to work within a team and work independently using their initiative
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with an ability to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines
