Seeking an Operational Excellence Analyst - 12-month Contract!

The Operational Excellence/Change team includes the Project Management Office, who manage the larger scale transformational changes across the business and the Operational Excellence team who support divisional operational continuous improvement. This team also supports the reporting of organisational performance to internal stakeholders and the Board.

Our client is looking for a flexible individual with a broad skill set to undertake a hybrid role providing management and analytical skills for the Change team.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable background in business analysis and associated qualifications. They will also have the ability to negotiate, mediate and tailor explanations of complex processes, procedures and concepts to the relevant audience along with the ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
