Our client is seeking an experienced Onboarding Administrator to support its Funds team.
In this role, you will assist the Client Services Teams in the delivery of an effective AML Onboarding & CDD Management Framework, covering a broad range of investor structures.
Responsibilities:
- Handling client onboarding relationships.
- Executing background checks.
- Assessing screening alerts.
- Preparing MI and statistical analysis.
- Providing support and guidance on regulatory and AML issues.
Requirements:
- Relevant and adequate AML / CDD and onboarding experience, ideally working in a funds environment.
- Professional Compliance Qualification at Diploma level preferable, but not essential subject to relevant experience.
- Ability to understand the structures in place, business activities, and functions, including a diverse range of structures and clients, and to be able to clarify unusual situations, anticipate inherent risks (e.g. inform compliance manager/director), measure and analyse various implications.
- Exceptional, administrative, analytical, and organisational skills are essential, with accurate and timely completion of work.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.
